Makeup
Hair: Keep hair simple, or add a cap to look like a street seller on a sunny day.
How to put it together
- Put on the striped top.
- Blow up several balloons in bright colors and tie the ends.
- Gather the balloon strings into one bunch and tie them together loosely.
- Hold the bunch and add an optional cap, suspenders or sneakers.

Safety note
