Makeup
- Draw thin neon lines across the cheekbones with face paint.
- Add a small stripe of a second color beside each eye.
Hair: Spray a few streaks of colored hairspray, or slick hair up into a sharp point.
How to put it together
- Put on black pants and a dark top.
- Layer the black or leather jacket on top.
- Stick glow tape or LED strips along the sleeves, collar and legs.
- Add hair color, face paint and sunglasses.

Safety note
Keep LED lights and batteries secured, away from eyes, and never on bare skin. Wear reflective or glow tape when walking outside at night. Use skin-safe face paint with a patch test.
