Makeup
Hair: The Scientist ruffles hair up and outward for a wild look. The Robot keeps hair neat or tucked under a foil cap.
How to put it together
- Person 1 builds the robot: cut arm and head holes in the box and cover it with foil.
- Person 2 puts on the white coat and glasses and messes up their hair.
- Robot wearer steps into the box and checks arms and legs move freely.
- Add optional lights and gloves, then walk together like an inventor and creation.
Two variations
Toy Robot Workshop
Paint bright buttons and dials on the box and add a paper key on its back.
Two Scientists
Both wear lab coats and goggles, with the second carrying a foil-covered gadget.
Safety note
Trim cardboard edges smooth and make sure the box is light and easy to step out of. Keep LED lights away from heat and check you can see and walk clearly.
