Makeup
Hair: Tuck hair back so the foil helmet band sits snugly and comfortably.
How to put it together
- Put on the white top and white pants.
- Wrap foil around a paper band to make a helmet band.
- Mold a foil chest panel and two cuffs and tape gently.
- Add optional backpack, lights, gloves and sunglasses.
Two variations
Moon Miner
Add gray smudges to the white outfit and carry a small bag of pretend rocks.
Retro Astronaut
Cover the helmet band in gold foil and add colorful foil stripes to the chest.
Safety note
Foil edges can be sharp, so fold them over and tape them inward. Keep the face fully uncovered and vision clear, and use battery lights that stay cool.
